Chase Bank leads a new Forrester ranking of 15 large banks globally for their retail mobile banking services. Chase ranked a collective first with a score of 71 out of 100 points measured across various criteria, including transactional functionality, service features, enrollment and login, and usability.
Chase led Barcelona-based La Caixa (67), Bank of America (63) Wells Fargo (63), Royal Bank of Canada (61) and Citi (61). Forrester analyst Peter Wannemacher commented on his blog, “The bank offers mobile banking services across a range of touchpoints, ranging from smartphone apps, strong mobile Web sites and two-way SMS. In addition, Chase also has strong mobile money movement features, such as bill pay –- including the ability to add a payee –- and mobile transfer capabilities.”
