GE Capital Bank to Refund $34 million to consumers

Forbes is reporting that the CFPB, the nation’s consumer financial protection agency, is forcing GE Capital Bank and its subsidiary, CareCredit, to refund up to $34.1 million to consumers who were victims of deceptive credit card enrollment tactics at doctors’ and dentists’ offices around the country.
